Welcome to eSales Search We are pleased to offer you eSales Search in our continuing effort to provide better service and property sales information. Through eSales Search you will be able to search for sold properties by: Parcel number      Provide sales relative to the parcel’s characteristics Area      Provide sales based on geographic area Each option will allow you to vary the search characteristic and the tax year used. Properties are assessed as of January 1 of a given year for taxes paid the following year. For example, a property is assessed as of January 1, 2004 for taxes paid in 2005. The next few screens will step you through how to use this application. An underlined word(s) indicates a glossary explanation that should answer most commonly asked questions.
