Seattle HIV/AIDS Planning Council
Information about meetings

All regular and special meetings of the Planning Council are open to the public in accordance with RCW 42.30.

Dates and times
Unless otherwise noted, the Planning Council meets on the second Monday of each month from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm.

Meeting locations
Unless otherwise noted, meetings are held at the 2100 Building, at 2100 – 24th Avenue South, east of Rainier Avenue at Walker street.

Second half of 2008 meeting dates

  • August 11 (will be held at the Chinook Building)
  • September 8
  • October 13
  • November 10 (meeting date may be changed due to the holiday)
  • December 8

Planning Council meeting agendas are available on the website, or by calling 206-296-4527. To receive an advance copy of the agenda, call this number and ask to be added to the Planning Council meeting interested parties mailing list.

To get an item on the agenda

The Planning Council is interested in any issues related to assessing need for, prioritization and allocation of dollars to HIV care services and HIV prevention populations in King County.
