Plumbing Permits:
Base fee, includes 1 fixture/trap
$110
Additional fixture or trap, each

ATMOS vacuum breaker (1-5 ea device)
$10
Over five each device
$5
Pressure type vacuum breaker
$10
Inspections made outside regular working hrs or inspections request for work not covered by permit
Actual cost
Location inspection of factory housing or modular unit, per dwelling or modular unit (plumbing & gas piping)

Additional fixtures installed after factory installation, each

Plumbing permit obtained after work commences for which a permit is required:
Emergency situation
Normal permit fee
Non-emergency situation
Double the normal permit fee
Re-inspection fee, plumbing or gas

Refund for unexpired permit where plumbing work has not begun
Refund all, but $110 of the permit amount
Permit renewal/date extension
Lesser of 1/2 original permit fee or $50
Backflow Prevention Permit:
