Kids Get Care: Participating clinic locations

To refer families to participating Kids Get Care clinical sites:

Call the clinic site and ask for the Kids Get Care Coordinator or Patient Services Coordinator who will help the family get the help they need. See the list that follows for the Kids Get Care site in your area. If the family can’t get to a KGC site, call Community Health Access Program (CHAP) at 1-800-756-5437 for assistance in King County. Outside of King County call WithinReach at 1-800-322-2588.
