A public hearing on the following proposed rules will be held during the regular meeting of the King County Board of Health, November 16, 2001, 9:30 am, in the Metropolitan King County Council Chambers, 10th Floor, Courthouse, 516 Third Avenue, Seattle, WA. Written comments on the proposed rules related to environmental health fees for: On-Site Sewage, Food Service Establishments and Water Recreation Facilities can also be submitted prior to the Board of Health meeting and should be addressed to: King County Board of Health, ATTN: Maggie Moran, Public Health - Seattle & King County, Wells Fargo Center, 999 Third Avenue, Suite 1200, Seattle, WA 98104.
