KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON - The King County Board of Health will hold its next meeting on Friday, December 19th, 2003, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

VII.	2004 Legislative Session Today's briefing will provide details about the Department's 2004 legislative priorities. In addition, Tom Bristow, staff to the King County Council, will provide an assessment of issues likely to be addressed by the 2004 Legislature.
VIII.	Board Briefing - Public Health Preparedness and Response Public Health staff will provide an overview of the emergency response challenges faced by Public Health, the ongoing Department efforts to address said challenges and how the Department is developing its capacity to respond to natural disasters, technological hazards and criminal acts.
