This year’s Health of King County report by Public Heath - Seattle & King County shows that south King County experiences lower health status and more limited access to health care when compared with other areas of the county. In addition, Latinos are disproportionately affected by higher rates of adolescent births, physical inactivity, HIV and access to care.
The 2nd Annual South King County Latina Health Fair is a collaboration between Public Health - Seattle & King County, the Komen Foundation, the Washington Breast & Cervical Health Program, YWCA, Community Health Plan, Washington Health Foundation’s Community Health Access Program, and Grace Community Church.
