2008 Area Report Summaries

The Area Report Summaries made available on this page indicate the manner in which residential and commercial property assessed values were determined this year. These values will be used in determining the amount of taxes due in 2009. Definitions of residential building grades and conditions and instruction on "How to read and understand Residential Area Reports" and "How to read and understand Commercial Area Reports" are also provided.
