Audit and study reports are available in two formats:  entire reports in PDF format (1999 to present) and report summaries (1992 to present). You can search for a particular report by year issued, county agency/division or by subject.  Copies of the reports can be requested by mail at 516 Third Avenue, Rm. W-1033, Seattle, WA, 98104; by phone at (206) 296-1655; or by  e-mail. The Auditor's Office follows generally accepted government auditing standards.
