Grants
King County offers two grants for very low income homeowners.
One is for emergency repairs and one isfor repairs to
mobile homes on rented land. Unlike loans, grants do
not need to be repaid. If your gross family income is
less than 50% of median, you may qualify. These grants
are for King County homeowners outside Seattle and may
not be available in all areas. Asset limits apply.
