The Resource and Program Management unit provides support services to programs in the Community Services Division. This support includes fiscal support and grants management; county budget preparation and monitoring; evaluation of the effectiveness of programs; development and maintenance of data for performance measurement; and maintenance of local area networks.

This section provides contractors with the answers to frequently asked questions and the central information needed by all contractors during the development of annual service delivery contracts with the County.


 County map Transparent Regional Planning:

The Resource and Program Management section supports many regional planning efforts, including: subregional planning, homelessness services planning, and juvenile justice planning among others. While RPM contributes to broad regional-level planning, it also recognizes the differences in human service needs within King County’s subregions and across populations.
