Veterans' Program Employer Services
Veterans seeking employment are pre-screened before referral to potential employers. This helps to ensure a veteran is able to meet specified job requirements. If a job requires special tools or safety equipment which the veteran is not able to provide on his or her own, the Veterans' Program can provide limited financial assistance to purchase these items.
If we learn from an employer that a veteran is having problems, our network of service agencies is available to help the veteran solve those problems. When those problems are work related, we will work with both the employer and the veteran to establish a better understanding of work expectations, and to improve job performance and satisfaction.
