To report a complaint about a building, land use or environmental code violation in unincorporated King County, please complete the following form to the best of your ability. The more specific your information, the better we will be able to process your complaint. An asterisk (*) indicates a field entry is required.

If you have an after-hours or weekend complaint regarding an activity happening now that poses a threat to public safety or irreparable environmental harm, please call 1-888-437-4771.

Code enforcement complaints are given a case number and are assigned to an inspector. For more information, see DDES Code Enforcement. Thank you for your help in bringing a potential violation to our attention.
