Find the animals living in the snag!
Snags, or dead trees, are very important because they
provide habitat (homes, food, and cover) for many wildlife species. Some types of
birds and animals can only live in snags, since living trees do not have the soft
wood, cavities, and insects that are found in snags.
Find out who's living in the snag to the left by clicking on it with your mouse.
Each time you click on a different section of the snag, you will discover a new
animal that lives there.
