Solid Waste Division - reduce, reuse, recycle

Public Meetings

In addition to the Solid Waste Advisory Committee meetings, the Solid Waste Division (SWD) also holds public meetings as part of its public involvement process for major capital and planning projects. Public meetings provide an opportunity for the public, facility neighbors, community groups, city representatives and other key stakeholders to actively participate in those projects. This helps foster a collaborative relationship, allows for an exchange of information and ideas and can improve a project's outcome.

Please see the calendar for a listing of past or upcoming public meetings related to transfer station projects and other upcoming SWD public meetings.
