Low-Interest Loans

Low-interest loans to finance site cleanup activities are available through the Brownfields Cleanup Revolving Loan Fund (external link).

King County, in partnership with the State of Washington Department of Community, Trade and Economic Development, offers low-interest loans to finance site cleanup activities. Interest rates are set on a case-by-case basis.
Private businesses and landowners, nonprofit organizations and municipalities are eligible and must apply through King County.
