How to Obtain Assistance

To obtain assistance through the Brownfields Program, contact Lucy Auster, Senior Planner, King County Solid Waste Division, or Emery Bayley, Technical Services Manager, Environmental Extension Service, 206-767-0432, emery@ecoss.org.

Entities that receive technical assistance, grants or low-interest loans are required to sign a Consent to Publication (RTF, 32K) form and a First Source Hiring Commitment (RTF, 16K).
