Property Managers Recycling
Save money and keep your tenants happy by improving the recycling and waste prevention services at your properties. While recycling is sometimes viewed as an inconvenience, it actually provides significant benefits in the form of cost savings and enhanced building marketability. Recycling programs can collect more than just paper, and waste prevention practices can reduce the amount of waste created in the first place. More benefits of recycling are outlined in an article (PDF, 25 K) published in the "Puget Sound Business Journal", which dispels some myths about recycling and provides useful tips for property managers. Tips for recycling electronics are contained in an article (PDF, 28 K) published in "Eastside Business". The King County Solid Waste Division can provide site visits, recommendations, signage, referrals and other assistance to property managers. For information on the Property Managers Recycling Program, contact Tom Watson, Property Managers Recycling Program Project Manager, at 206-296-4481. | ||||||||
