CITY OF MAPLE VALLEY COUNCIL POS. NO. 04, SHORT & FULL TERM

Patrick Flaherty

When asked why I wanted to run for Maple Valley City Council Position 4, I thought the challenges of City government would be interesting and dynamic. I am an average working-class guy who wants to help create a better Maple Valley community for my 2-year old son.

I will work to support the small business owner in the community with my strong morals and good leadership while being open to a fresh perspective from my constituents. I am dedicated to the efforts of Maple Valley’s fine law enforcement and firefighting officers. Support of these critical community services is paramount to the controlled growth of Maple Valley creating a better environment to raise children.

As your Council Member, I will work to achieve Motorized and Non-Motorized Solutions to Transportation; the Preservation and Coordination of Open Space; the Expansion and Development of Community Services and Facilities for all age groups; and the support of a healthy Small Business Environment.
