NO. 01, 4 YR TERM Andrew Valaas Andrew Valaas I am a two-term member of the council and I am seeking the opportunity to continue to serve Yarrow Point and to help the town meet the challenges of the next four years. In the coming year, the town will proceed with the design and construction of a walkway along 92nd Avenue. This is the second phase, after the beach access, of a long-term plan for town improvements. Yarrow Point’s finances and operations are in excellent shape, providing a stable base from which to manage the 92nd Avenue project as well as to meet the challenges of the proposed expansion of 520.
