I want to represent you in the same manner of excellence he gave you.     I have attended water district meetings regularly for the past 1-1/2 years and can provide the kind of representation that Tim provided.     My goal is to provide quality water at the lowest possible cost. A deep concern is to protect our water supply from possible contamination by terrorists.     I will represent everyone as if they are my close neighbors and friends.     District resident for 39 years, I love the area and people.
