List of Candidates for WATER DISTRICT NO. 119 COMMISSIONER POS. NO. 02, 6 YR TERM Jeff Popp Jeff Popp     I have been pleased to serve as your district commissioner for the last 2 1/2 years. During that time the district has seen many business and environmental issues, and has grown as its boundaries have been extended to provide service to surrounding areas that are beginning to experience ground water problems.     Your commissioners have endeavored to provide excellent water service, while still doing everything to keep rates as low as possible.
