HOLDEN, a committed advocate for water ratepayers, asks for your vote.
To evaluate a
candidate’s qualifications, ask these questions: Has the candidate attended
water district meetings? What is the purpose of a water district? What is a
commissioner’s job? How does the decision making process work? How can you
balance the conflict between the Growth Management Act and the Endangered
Species Act and the resulting impact on a limited water Supply?

wisely. Strict oversight on costs. Discounts for senior/disabled low-income
customers. Safe, sufficient water at reasonable rates. New development paying
