I am seeking office
because I can best serve your interests. I stand for high water quality at
affordable prices. With shortages and environmental concerns looming, I support
efforts to sign contracts that ensure our long-term needs. I have extensive
experience in the practical/operational matters of the water field. I studied
International Relations and Business Management in college. I have read meters,
assisted customers with quality issues, and understand the process of bringing
water from our wells/tanks to our families. I am one of the few candidates who
has fixed water mains, tapped new services, and tested the water to guarantee
the highest quality. I believe that the people deserve the best from their water
provider, and from their elected officials. I promise to bring an
independent voice to the Board. I am asking for the opportunity to
provide these high standards, and I ask for your vote.

It has been my pleasure
to serve the Highline Water District for the past six years. To help keep the
rates low we are bringing a new well on line, updating the existing system by
replacing old leaky mains, promoting conservation and negotiating a new
long-term supply agreement with the city of Seattle.
If re-elected I will
continue working with the other commissioners to insure we maintain an adequate
supply of clean, inexpensive water.
