Joyce Clark

Bryn Mawr-Lakeridge (BML) resident since 1974. An avid participant within the community. Original Board member of the West Hill Council.

Elected to the Board of Directors for the Washington Association of Water and Sewer Districts (WASWD) membership years 2000-2002, whose emphasis is: Sharing our water resource with Fish. Water quality. Conservation. Infrastructure upkeep, etc. It has been a pleasure to serve for the past 5+ years, and I look forward to continuing to serve our community.

If re-elected my goal still is, to continue the fight for protections from any rate increases. My concern is for all residents of the BML Water and Sewer District, but as a single parent, I am still concerned for single parents as well as lower income seniors. My emphasis is on protecting all of our residents from high rate increases especially seniors that prevent them from continuing to live freely in their homes.
