Hendrickson     JACK HENDRICKSON and wife June, Des Moines residents for 30 years, have 3 children, Jeff, Julie and JoAnn.     EXPERIENCE: In the water pollution field for over 30 years; current president of Midway Sewer District; past president of WA. Assoc. of Sewer & Water Districts; veteran U.S. Army.     COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: Past Treasurer Des Moines Food Bank; Volunteer bus driver Des Moines United Methodist Church & Wesley Homes; current president Steele Lake Highline Grange.     GOALS: Continue to provide effective leadership of Midway Sewer District with the lowest possible cost to the ratepayers. I will insist on fairness for all customers and their concerns. Provide the stewardship necessary to preserve our area for future generations.
