We have been a resident and homeowner in Shoreline for 36 years. A graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in accounting. Retired after 37 years in accounting, performing auditing services and mediation of tax appeals.     As Commissioner, I am committed to retaining the District’s financial soundness and involvement as a leader in wastewater management issues, while at the same time protecting the integrity of the collection system paid for by the ratepayers.     As the District develops a cooperative relationship with the City of Shoreline, I believe it is in the best interest of our ratepayers to keep the District independent and serve the City on a long-term contract basis.     Please retain Arthur L.
