As one of your current
Commissioners, I am dedicated to providing high quality water and wastewater
services at the lowest possible cost to you. I have a degree in
Biology/Chemistry, and spent four years as a Naval Officer and over 30 years as
a Human Resource Management Advisor/Supervisor in the Federal Government. My
wife and I have lived in the Soos Creek District since 1971. Camille taught at
Soos Creek Elementary until her recent retirement. I currently serve on several
Soos Creek and Washington State Association of Sewer and Water District
committees. The Soos Creek Water and Sewer District is one of the finest in the
State and has been a leader in responding to complex new and changing
environmental laws. I am committed to ensuring continued excellence and
improvement of all services while maintaining the lowest possible cost to the
ratepayer. I appreciate your support.
