During that time, the Board of Commissioners has faced many challenges. I have worked hard with the Board and hospital administration to reopen the hospital, improve the District’s financial condition, and explore ways of bringing additional health services to our Hospital District campus.     My goal is to bring additional, affordable, quality hospital and health services to District residents, businesses and visitors, while preserving the District’s financial resources. To maintain our quality of life, we need as many hospital and health services as possible, close to home. Much work still needs to be done, and I will work to ensure that the District is responsive to the needs of Valley residents.     Thank you for the opportunity you have given to me.
