If you will vote YES
to continue the East Bellevue Community Municipal Corporation, Proposition No.
1, I will continue to work on your behalf. As a member of the East Bellevue
Community Council for the past eleven years I know local level decisions make a
difference. When necessary we have disapproved City ordinances and gone to court
to protect our neighborhoods. I will continue to support development of East
Bellevue to the lowest density allowed in the Comprehensive Plan. I will oppose
the increasing levels of pass through traffic on our residential streets. The
East Bellevue Community Council is a unique form of local government for land
use. Through your participation and input at our monthly meetings I will be able
to make informed decisions that reflect your goals for our neighborhoods.
