Personal Commitments:
My longevity as
secretary and fair manager at the King County Fairgrounds totals 25 years. I am
past president of the Enumclaw Chamber of Commerce and the Enumclaw Business and
Professional Womens Organization. I am serving my 16th year on the City Council
and for the last 4 years, the Mayor Pro Tem. I have represented you on Finance,
Public Safety, Public Works and Planning committees and represent the City on
the South King County Area Transportation Board and Enumclaw Downtown
Revitalization Board.
It has been an honor
to serve the citizens of Enumclaw for the past 16 years and with your vote for
Mayor I can continue to work with you for the betterment of the Enumclaw
community. I would appreciate your vote on November 6. THANK YOU.

I am running for Mayor of Enumclaw because I believe I have the energy,
dedication and leadership qualities to accomplish the tasks the Citizens want.
We have completed the studies, now is the time for implementation of these
identified areas: • Enhance Downtown-Cole St. • Public Restrooms • Trails-city
connects to Pierce Co. and King Co. • Forums for Seniors, Youth, Needy, Arts and
community groups • Public/Private partnerships to help fund projects • Wise use
of City owned properties • City entrances identified with quality, readable
signs • Sound marketing ideas for Enumclaw • Fair priced utilities • Support
Schools • Keep rural setting and support slow growth.
These are only a few of the issues we have to deal with wisely. Combined with
slow growth we should be able to update all infrastructures to support this
community and keep our quality of life. A vote for me as your Mayor is a WISE
choice.
