  Sue Singer, chosen Mayor Pro Tem by her fellow council members in recognition of her leadership skills, brings vital experience to the Council. Sue continues to lead the effort for a new Auburn post office. As chair of Municipal Services Sue works to protect our community through strengthening our fire and police departments. As Auburn's voice to Suburban Cities and the Puget Sound Regional Council Sue has brought home money for local roads.

  Sue and Lee, married 33 years, have lived in Auburn since 1978. Sue's background includes leadership roles in PTA, United Way, Auburn Planning Commission, Soroptimist International, the Auburn Library Board, White River Presbyterian Church, and the Auburn Arts Commission.

  "I am honored to serve you and proud of my record of common sense government. I will work hard to keep Auburn a great place to work and raise a family."
