During the past four years, it has been my privilege and honor to serve the community on the Highline School District Board of Directors, the past two years as board president. During my tenure, there have been many progressive changes in Highline, including the replacement of eight of our aging buildings, unprecedented community support for our schools, and rising test scores. I am dedicated to continuing this positive momentum.

We still face many challenges, and I am committed to finding solutions. We need to maximize the limited funds from the state. We must find alternative resources to enhance learning opportunities and to provide the best learning environment for all Highline students.

My objective is to support the programs that encourage every student to reach his or her full potential. With your support, I will work to continue the positive progress we are making here in Highline.
