 As
your Commissioner for over 6 years, three of those as President, my focus has
been to improve services to our customers, ensure a safe and reliable water
supply, improve the District's infrastructure and control costs. During my
tenure, the District has brought our new well on line, replaced 38,000 feet of
aging, leaking water main, replaced outdated pumps and electrical systems at
our pump stations, and installed a District-wide water monitoring telemetry
system.
I
have the experience, leadership and desire to address the District's new
challenges, including unprecedented demand for new service and growing government
regulations. I have been a resident of the District for more than 20 years. I
have a B.A. in Economics and a Masters in Engineering and Technical Management.
I am employed as a Systems Analyst/Project Manager with Boeing and have 16
years experience in project construction and management.
