As an incumbent Commissioner for Soos Creek Water
and Sewer District, I have been committed to the Water/Wastewater Industry for
the past eighteen years. My educational background is in Water/Wastewater
Technology. At a State Association level, I've held the offices of both
President and Secretary.
It is vitally important that we acquire adequate
water supply while protecting the safety and security of our water and sewer
systems. I support a proactive approach in planning for emergencies and
disasters and I have participated in interactive training with the King County
Office of Emergency Management.
Despite increasing costs, the Board on which I
serve has not imposed a rate increase since 2000. My continued commitment to
you is to provide leadership in dealing effectively with the issues while
delivering safe and efficient service in a cost effective manner.
