Return Joyce Clark to Commissioner of Skyway Sewer and Water District. A Commissioner from 1995 to 2002. A Bryn Mawr resident since 1974. An avid participant within the community. Original Board member of the West Hill Council. During my 6 years of elected service, I was elected to the Board of Directors for the Washington Association of Water and Sewer Districts. It was indeed a pleasure to serve as Commissioner for 6 years, and I look forward to returning and continuing to serve our community.

I am seeking re-election as your Commissioner. Having spent six years serving you to the best of my ability, I want to continue to represent your interests. During my term I have maintained current knowledge of regional water, sewer, and maintenance issues, and how they affect us all. I study information to balance district expenses and water costs, and I am presently working to establish lower rates for seniors and low-income residents. I am a member of the Cascade Water Alliance Board of Directors, and was elected President of the Board of Commissioners.

I am not a politician. I am a husband, father, bicycler, kayaker, and U.S. Army Veteran. As your neighbor for 20 years my interests are the same as yours: affordable rates and dependable service. I would be honored to receive your vote.
