Yarrow Point is a great neighborhood to live in. We have wonderful small town charm with all the big city amenities close by. Keeping our neighborhood safe for our children, maintaining a relaxed, eclectic feel and preserving our sense of community are my top priorities as a prospective council member. My husband and I have lived in Yarrow Point for over five years and we have two daughters who attend Clyde Hill Elementary School. I am an active board member of the Clyde Hill PTSA, Overlake Women's Nine Hole Division and the Bellevue Youth Soccer Club. I also actively participate in organizing non-profit fundraisers for local charities. I will bring a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to Yarrow Point's City Council. I am approachable and will gladly listen to your concerns anytime. Thank you for this opportunity and I would appreciate your vote.

Yarrow Point has been fortunate to benefit from the altruistic services of numerous citizens since its founding. I intend to be a positive contributor to that tradition by serving on the Town Council. The Council must take a leadership role in maintaining fiscal responsibility and in delivering creditable government.

I have lived on Yarrow Point for twenty five years, been active in the community and in helping my wife Sissel raise our two sons. Yarrow Point, and the country we are all so fortunate to live in, allowed my family to pursue our choices to the fullest. I will work as a councilmember to perpetuate the richness and uniqueness of living on Yarrow Point. Integrity and responsibility in government are very important to me. Those two elements and citizen participation are part of the character of Yarrow Point. Our town is worth working for. Thank you for your support.
