Capital Levy For Technology

The Board of Directors adopted Resolution No. 2004-01 concerning this proposition. This proposition authorizes acquiring educational technology, equipment and training, including classroom computers to support instruction; and authorizes the following excess levies for such purposes on all taxable property within the District:

Tahoma School District No. 409 – Proposition No. 2
General Obligation Bonds - $4,900,000

The Board of Directors of Tahoma School District No. 409 adopted Resolution No. 2004-02 concerning a proposition for bonds. The proposition authorizes the District to acquire, construct and equip a new student performance center and make other capital improvements, issue $4,900,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within a maximum of 20 years, and levy excess property taxes annually to repay the bonds, as provided in Resolution No. 2004-02. Fire Protection District No. 27 – Proposition No. 1
Authorizing Property Tax Levy Increase

The Board of Commissioners of King County Fire Protection District No. 27 adopted Resolution No. 2004-5 proposing to levy a regular property tax of One Dollar and 40/100 ($1.40) per One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) of assessed value on all the taxable property within the District in 2004 for collection in 2005. This shall not be construed to authorize an excess levy and shall be subject to otherwise applicable statutory dollar rate limitations. Should this proposition be:
