canvassing board will meet to certify the final results at 4 p.m. Friday Sept 29,
2006 postponing the previously scheduled 2 p.m. certification meeting. A separate
meeting will follow the late afternoon meeting at approximately 4:45 p.m. to convene
the anticipated recount between two primary candidates vying for the second ballot
position in the Northeast District Court judicial race.
