PROPOSITION NO. 3
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT AND SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS - $106,000,000
The Board of Directors of Kent School District No. 415, adopted Resolution No. 1199, concerning a proposition to finance capital improvements to its education facilities. This proposition would authorize the District to build two new elementary schools, construct improvements to Mill Creek Middle School, renovate an existing building to provide an alternative high school and construct major modernization capital improvements to other schools of the District; to issue $106,000,000 of general obligation bonds maturing with a maximum term of 20 years and to levy annual excess property tax levies to pay and retire such bonds, all as provided in Resolution No. 1199.
