PROPOSITION NO. 1
REPLACEMENT OF MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS LEVY

The Board of Directors of Mercer Island School District No. 400 approved Resolution No. 524 concerning a replacement maintenance and operations levy for education. This proposition would authorize the District to levy the following excess taxes, in place of an expiring levy, on all taxable property within the District, to maintain current educational program funding levels and support the District’s educational programs, student services and operations:
