The
City of Seattle requested the March 13, 2007, Special Election be conducted entirely
by mail. All voters will receive a mail ballot for this election only.

Polling
places in Seattle will not be open.
在西雅圖的投票站將不會開放。
Voters
can return their ballot immediately by mail or return their voted ballot to a drop-off
location beginning March 8 through March 13, 2007.
