The past four years have been challenging and rewarding as I worked to keep our local government efficient and effective.  Our Council has worked well together.  I am proud of our accomplishments, including improved water, sewer and street systems, a new library, controlled growth and a healthy economy.  It is important that Auburn's growth be guided in a responsible and sensible manner.  Much work is ahead of us.  My experience as your Councilmember for the past four years will help us meet future challenges.  I have represented you on the Puget Sound Regional Council, the Auburn Downtown Task Force, the Lea Hill Annexation Task Force, the Pierce County Regional Council and the Suburban Cities Association, as well as the Municipal Services, Planning and Finance council committees.  Thank you for entrusting your city to me.  I would appreciate your vote again on November 2.
