Rose

CLARK

    Rose Clark will bring common sense, leadership skills and 33 years of community service to the City of Burien.  She was appointed by the City Council to serve on the Planning Commission and supported low densities in our neighborhoods, worked to increase our parks and revitalize our downtown.  Her volunteer activities include:  convincing the Port to conduct noise monitoring in Burien, spearheading efforts to restore historic Des Moines Memorial Drive and initiating health survey monitoring impacts from airport pollution.

    Rose's commitment to you:  • Build Burien's economic base before increasing city staff/costs.  • Address traffic, parking and road safety problems.  • Enhance the Senior Center.    Actively listen and work for all citizens.
