CITY OF COVINGTON COUNCIL POS. NO. 03
:

Revo V.

STEVENS

I have been a resident of Covington for 10 years and as a Council member, my main focus will be to promote and protect the interests of the voters of Covington in a way that ensures that we continue to enjoy the quality of life that we have.

For approximately the last two years I have attended the majority of the meetings of the Covington City Council because I believe that it is important for ordinary citizens to participate in the governing process.

Additional commerce will be required in order for us to stay fiscally sound, and since growth is natural, as well as a state and county mandated goal for Covington, I will endeavor to insure that it takes place in a way consistent with the vision of the residents.

In addition, I will help to create improvements in the two-way communication between city hall and the citizens.
