MORGAN

In the four years since I first ran for City Council much has been accomplished:  We have a new, more open City government with new City Manager and Police chief; better cooperation with our neighboring communities; elimination of utility taxes and reduction of property taxes; and first steps towards control of the explosion of construction in our City.  But much remains to be accomplished:  Getting the best deal possible for Medina from the State when State Route 520 is widened as it surely will be; cleaning up our air, noise and water pollution; eliminating the daily traffic congestion on 84th Av. NE; and attracting new persons to the Boards and Commissions of the City.

We are facing some tough issues that affect our daily lives.  In 2000 as in 1996, I am dedicated to making Medina the best place to live, enjoy life and raise a family.
