Rich BALDWIN
Rich Baldwin has volunteered in Northshore schools since 1990.  He is an effective advocate for excellent schools.     As a school board member, Rich intends to focus on high academic standards, improved strategic planning, and rebuilding the district's cash reserves.  He supports the direction of Northshore's standards-driven curriculum.  Rich sees a need to set funding priorities so that short-term budget constraints do not impact the district's educational mission.     An engineering services manager at Korry Electronics, Rich holds a masters degree in electrical engineering.  He has two children in Northshore schools and a toddler at home.
