Sunday August,1st, 1999, thinking of my 32nd Anniversary, August 5th.  Thanking GOD for my loving, loyal, hard working wife, PATTY, and for Gods greatest gift our son ROBERT.     Having lived, worked in, and supporting this community 33 years, aware of the runaway costs of goods and services and how they affect families.  Water to our home (1984) cost under $400.00, today, nearer $8,000.00!!     We earned my MBA and BA at Seattle University on the G.I. Bill.  Commissioners Koester, and Landon, endorse me, as do 100's of other citizens.     I PROMISE TO DO EVERYTHING TO MAKE HIGHLINE WATER DISTRICT EFFICIENT.  I WILL NOT BE INFLUENCED BY POLITICS!  WHILE WORKING TO RESTORE COMMON SENSE TO THE POLICIES (ONEROUS CODES-LAWS INCLUDED) IMPACTING OUR RIGHTS AS CITIZENS!  FURTHER, I WILL DO WHATS RIGHT-MY WORD MEANS SOMETHING!     I WANT TO SERVE, PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR NON-PARTISAN VOTE, THANKS, JERRY GUITE (GETTY).
