Vincent H. KOESTER
Vince Koester and his wife have lived in the area for 22 years and their two children have attended public schools.  Vince has been involved in local Landscape Management for 17 years and is currently the owner of Koester Landscape Management, who proudly serves some of the large Retirement Communities in the Midway area.     Vince has been active in community service.  He is a member of the Des Moines Rotary and the Chamber of Commerce.  He is on the advisory board of South Seattle Community College Horticulture Department, a Board Member of the Washington State Association of Sewer and Water Districts, and a Highline Water District Commissioner.  He is currently serving as Commissioner and Board President of Midway Sewer District.
