Steve STEVLINGSON
As a retired civil engineer with more than 45 years of professional level experience and a long parallel list of community service activities, Steve brings to the position the ability to move quickly into the required decision making role of a commissioner.     Steve believes that encouraging or discouraging growth is not the mission of this district.  Instead, emphasis must be placed on providing an efficient system for the delivery of an adequate and safe supply of clean water to district residents together with sanitary sewer services, as necessary to protect our environment and the public health.     All portions of the district deserve equal service.  As a 30 year resident of the northerly unincorporated areas, Steve has first hand knowledge of the special concerns that brought about the former Cascade View Water District merging with the present district.
